肥胖症和胃食管反流病患病率在全世界范围内逐渐增长,且二者在我国呈流行态势。肥胖症是心血管疾病、其他内分泌疾病以及胃食管反流病的危险因素之一,故目前针对肥胖症的治疗引起了临床医师们的关注。腹腔镜胃袖状切除术因其疗效、简单易行以及并发症少的特点,近年来流行于减重代谢外科之中。目前,国际上对腹腔镜胃袖状切除术和胃食管反流病的关系尚存在争议,也成为了减重代谢外科领域研究的热点。本文结合目前有关肥胖症、腹腔镜袖状胃切除术与胃食管反流病之间关系的文献,阐述其最新研究进展,旨在为临床实践及研究提供参考。

At present, the prevalence of obesity and gastroesophageal reflux disease is gradually increasing worldwide, and both are in a prevalent state in our country.Obesity is one of the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases, including endocrine diseases and gastroesophageal reflux disease.Therefore, the current treatment of obesity has aroused clinicians′ attention.Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is getting popular in weight loss metabolism surgery in recent years, because of its efficacy, simple and less complications.There still has a controversy about the relationship between laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and gastroesophageal reflux disease, but it also became the focus of research in the field of obesity surgery.In this paper, the current literature about the relationship between obesity, laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and gastroesophageal reflux disease is elaborated, and its latest research progress is expounded in order to provide reference for clinical practice and research.
