Abstract:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a digestive system disease characterized by acid reflux and heartburn. In China, the incidence rate of GERD is increasing year by year, which seriously affects the quality of life of the people. In clinical practice, Western medicine often uses drugs that inhibit gastric acid secretion (proton pump inhibitors), promote gastrointestinal motility, and protect gastric mucosa. However, for some patients, the treatment effect is not ideal, the medication time is long, and the patient's satisfaction is low. Traditional Chinese medicine in China adopts a dialectical thinking mode for the treatment of GERD. After years of exploration, traditional medicine has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of GERD, and has achieved good results. Uighur medicine, as an important component of traditional medicine in China, has been proven to have significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of GERD through years of practice.
