图1 ssEndoFLIP设备图。从上至下分别为:记录单元/触摸显示屏,注射体积控制按钮,含有导电溶液的注射器及由一系列阻抗电极和压力感受器组成的EndoFLIP电极袋。
图2 EndoFLIP设备放置示意图。将EndoFLIP电极袋放置于患者食管管腔的不同位置,通过注射器控制不同体积的注入,从而比高清食管测压设备更精确的观察不同部位的管腔扩张性。
图3 应用EndoFLIP设备采集的图像。图中颜色代表压力,压力越大颜色越红,压力越小,颜色越蓝;图中三个圆柱从上至下由16个圆环组成,每个圆环的截面积(Cross-sectional area, CSA)代表管腔不同位置的扩张性;图中圆柱a是一名贲门失弛缓患者POEM术前的图像,圆柱b是该患者POEM术中采集的图像,圆柱c为一名健康志愿者的图像。
