目的

探讨高分辨率食管测压技术在胃食管反流病合并哮喘中的意义,为两种疾病的诊断提供临床依据。

方法

回顾性分析2014年1月~2016年12月,在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院微创疝和腹壁外科行高分辨率食管测压的197例患者的病例资料,其中胃食管反流病(GERD)患者100例,胃食管反流病合并支气管哮喘患者97例(GERD合并哮喘组),比较2组患者食管动力学指标。

结果

支气管哮喘合并GERD组胃食管压力差高于胃食管反流病组,哮喘合并GERD组中蠕动波传导速度低于GERD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);哮喘合并GERD组中食管括约肌静息压力与GERD组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。

结论

高分辨率食管测压技术能更为直观、准确描述胃食管反流病(GERD)及胃食管反流病(GERD)合并哮喘患者胃食管压力差改变,与GERD组比较,GERD合并支气管哮喘组胃食管压力差高,食管蠕动波传导速度低。

Objective

To investigate the significance and correlation of high resolution esophageal manometry in asthma with GERD.

Methods

A total of 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD group)and gastroesophageal reflux disease with bronchial asthma(GERD combined with asthma group)who underwent high-resolution esophageal manometry from January 2014 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study.compared the esophageal motility of two groups and analyze its relevance.

Results

The asthma with GERD group gastroesophageal pressure higher than GERD group and peristaltic wave velocity were lower than GERD group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05); There was no significant difference between esophageal sphincter pressure and resting pressure between two groups.

Conclusion

High resolution esophageal manometry is more intuitive and accurate in the diagnosis of GERD and the asthma with GERD, which provide the clinical basis for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of asthma with GERD patients, The asthma with GERD group gastroesophageal pressure higher than GERD group and peristaltic wave velocity were lower than GERD group.
