慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种危害人类健康的常见的慢性进展性呼吸系统疾病,具有发病率高和病死率高的特点。胃食管反流病(GERD)是一类常见的消化道疾病,主要原因为胃肠道动力紊乱而导致胃或十二指肠内容物反流入食管、口腔及肺部,临床表现主要有烧心、反酸、内容物反流和非心源性胸痛等,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。越来越多的临床研究表明,COPD患者GERD发病率远高于正常人群,相关病理机制仍然不明确。由于两者部分临床症状相似,可能导致误诊而失去治疗的最佳时机。近年来,两者之间的关系受到越来越多的关注。本文对近年来国内外发表的关于COPD与GERD关系的研究进展做一综述。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a chronic, progressive respiratory system disease with high incidence and mortality rate, which is harmful to human health.Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is one of the most common gastrointestinal diseases mainly caused by the reflux of gastric contents to esophagus, mouth or lung with the ascending tendency in recent years.The typical clinical manifestations of it include heartburn, acid regurgitation, reflux of gastric contents, non-cardiac chest pain, and so on.More and more studies showed that the incidence of GERD in COPD patients is higher than normal people, and the pathologic mechanism remains unclear.Some clinical symptoms are similar between them, which may result in misdiagnosis and misseing the best time of treatment.The links between them have attracted more and more attention.Here we reviewed the research progress of their links during the past decades.
