胃食管反流病是常见的消化道疾病,是指胃内容物反流入食管,引发不适症状和(或)并发症的一种疾病,近年来越发受到医学界的广泛重视。经口不切开胃底折叠术作为一项新兴的治疗胃食管反流病的微创技术,也受到了医学界的关注,认为该技术可选用于治疗部分特定的胃食管反流病患者。本文结合国内外相关文献,阐述经口不切开胃底折叠术治疗胃食管反流病的最新进展。

As a common disease of digestive tract, gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is getting a widespread concern in the medical profession.GERD is caused by the contents of the stomach reflux into the esophagus resulting in a symptom of discomfort and(or)complications.Transoral Incisionless Fundoplication(TIF)is a new minimally invasive treatment of GERD, also gets medical community attention. TIF is considered to be a valuable treatment for the appropriately selected GERD patients.This article combines the relevant literatures to explain the latest progress of treating GERD with TIF.
