目的

通过2种不同全胃切除术术方式的比较，探讨全胃切除Roux-en-Y吻合术及全胃切除毕II式吻合＋Braun吻合对反流性食管炎的影响。

方法

选取2015年8月至2017年1月，新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院就诊的80例胃上、中癌患者行全胃切除术的临床资料。在病期允许的前提下将患者分成2组，试验组42例，对照组38例。术后随访1年内反流性食管炎的发生率。

结果

全胃切除Roux-en-Y吻合术组反流性食管炎发生率为14.3%，显著低于全胃切除毕Ⅱ式吻合＋Braun吻合的55.3%，差异有统计学意义（χ²=7.372，P<0.05）。

结论

全胃切除Roux-en-Y吻合术术后发生反流性食管炎的可能性更低。

Objective

To investigate the effect of total gastrectomy Roux-en-Y anastomosis and total gastrectomy Stacked anastomosis and Braun's anastomosis on reflux esophagitis by comparing two different total gastrectomy.

Methods

The clinical data of total gastrectomy in 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted to People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region from August 2015 to January 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of reflux esophagitis within one year after follow-up was retrospectively analyzed.

Results

The rate of reflux esophagitis was 14.3% in the total gastrectomy Roux-en-Y anastomosis group, which was significantly higher than that of Stacked anastomosis and Braun's anastomosis (55.3%) due to total gastrectomy (χ²=7.372, P<0.05).

Conclusion

Total gastrectomy of Roux-en-Y anastomosis maybe reduce the possible of postoperative reflux esophagitis.
