胃食管反流病(GERD)在肥胖人群中显著增加,是肥胖相关疾病之一。减肥手术是目前治疗病态肥胖的最佳选择。然而,并不是所有的减肥手术都适用于合并有胃食管反流病患者的治疗。本文回顾了近年来肥胖合并胃食管反流病的外科治疗术式及其发展,包括胃底折叠术、胃束带术、胃旁路术、胃袖状切除术、胃底折叠联合袖状胃切除术等。旨在总结该领域的现状,为肥胖合并胃食管反流病患者寻求更佳的手术方式提供参考,为今后的研究提供可能的方向。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is significantly increased in obese people and is one of the obesity-related diseases. Recently, bariatric surgery is the best treatment for morbid obesity. However, not all bariatric surgery is suitable for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. This article reviews the surgical treatment and development of obesity complicated with gastroesophageal reflux disease in recent years, including fundoplication, gastric banding, gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, fundoplication with sleeve gastrectomy etc. The aim is to summarize the current situation in this field and provide a reference for patients with obesity and gastroesophageal reflux disease to seek better surgical methods, and provide possible directions for future research.
