胃食管反流病(GERD)是胃十二指肠内容物反流至食管以及咽喉,气道等而出现症状,对患者身心健康造成显著的负面影响。腹腔镜抗反流手术(LARS)是治疗GERD的标准术式,然而,LARS仍有不可避免的手术相关并发症,其可能显著地影响手术疗效及患者生活质量。本文通过描述抗反流手术中或术后可能发生的不同类型的并发症,将对及并发症诊断、预防、处理措施等相关问题及国内外最新进展进行阐述。

GERD is a symptom caused by the reflux of gastroduodenal contents to the esophagus, throat and airway, which has a significant negative impact on the physical and mental health of patients.LARS is the standard procedure for GERD. However, LARS still has inevitable surgical complications, which may significantly affect the efficacy of surgery and the quality of life of patients. In this paper, by describing the different types of complications that may occur during or after antireflux surgery, we will elaborate the latest progress in the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of complications at home and abroad.
