278例继发性重度反流性食管炎临床特征分析

目的

探讨继发性重度反流性食管炎患者的临床特征。

方法

回顾性分析2015年3月至2021年2月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院消化科诊治的继发性重度反流性食管炎患者278例，统计患者的性别、年龄、病因。

结果

1766例重度反流性食管炎中有278例继发重度反流性食管炎，占15.74%，其男女比例3.45∶1，主要病因为上消化道梗阻、上消化道术后造成管腔结构改变，占94.24%；以上2种病因平均年龄差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论

继发重度反流性食管炎男性明显多于女性，主要病因为上消化道梗阻、上消化道术后造成管腔结构改变；上消化道梗阻患者年龄明显小于上消化道术后患者。

Objective

To discuss the clinical characteristics of patients with secondary severe reflux esophagitis.

Methods

The date of the patient's gender, age and etiology with secondary severe reflux esophagitis were retrospectively analyzedin the Gastroenterology Department of the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from March 2015 to February 2021.

Results

278 cases of secondary severe reflux esophagitis accounted for 15.74% of severe reflux esophagitis (1766 cases), and the male to female ratio was 3.45∶1. The main cause is upper gastrointestinal obstruction and luminal structure changes after upper gastrointestinal tract surgery, accounting for 94.24%; there is a certain difference in the average age of the above two causes (P＜0.05).

Conclusion

The prevalence rate of secondary severe reflux esophagitis was significantly higher in males than in faremals.The main cause is upper gastrointestinal obstruction and changes in the lumen structure after upper gastrointestinal tract surgery. Patients with upper gastrointestinal obstruction are significantly younger than those after upper gastrointestinal tract surgery.
