目的

探讨哮喘患者吞咽相关性咳嗽(SRC)的患病率及其特征。

方法

选取2017年8月至2019年11月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院就诊的哮喘患者94例,并进行哮喘问卷调查,分析其是否曾患有SRC以及与其相关的鼻后滴漏,烧心,咳嗽和酸反流。

结果

共纳入94例支气管哮喘患者,其中SRC阳性患者为48例(51.1%)和SRC阴性患者为46例(48.9%);SRC阳性患者致咳嗽的主要食物为辛辣(33.3%)和酸味(43.8%);食管24 h pH监测结果显示,SRC阳性患者食管近端弱酸反流明显高于SRC阴性患者(P<0.05);在SRC阳性组中,鼻后滴漏和烧心引起的咳嗽频率均明显高于SRC阴性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

SRC在哮喘患者中常见,与鼻后滴漏,烧心及酸反流发生密切相关。

Objective

To investigate the prevalence and characteristics of swallowing related cough (SRC) in asthma patients.

Methods

A total of 94 asthmatic patients from August 2017 to November 2019 whom diagnosed with asthma in our hospital were selected as the study group, and asthma questionnaire survey was conducted to analyze whether they had SRC, as well as the related postnasal drip, heartburn, cough and acid reflux.

Results

The patients were divided two groups, 48 patients with SRC positive (51.1%) and 46 patients with SRC negative (48.9%); the main foods that causing cough in patients with SRC positive was spicy (33.3%) and sour (43.8%); the 24 hour pH monitoring showed that the weak acid reflux (%) in the proximal part of esophagus in patients with SRC positive was significantly higher than SRC negative group (P<0.05); the frequency of cough caused by postnasal drip and heartburn was significantly higher than SRC negative group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

SRC is common in asthmatic patients, which is closely related to postnasal drip, heartburn and acid reflux.
