目的

探讨腹股沟疝钩针技术在小儿先天性膈疝（CDH）腔镜手术治疗中的适应证及安全性。

方法

收集2010年1月至2020年1月于新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院小儿外科接受腹股沟疝钩针辅助腔镜膈肌修补术7例。其中，男性3例，女性4例。记录患者的手术时间、住院时间及费用、torcar使用数量的资料。全部病例至少术后随访6个月以上。

结果

7例患儿左后外侧疝4例，右后外侧疝2例，胸骨后疝1例；疝内容物为小肠、结肠、脾脏、肝脏和网膜。腹腔镜1例，胸腔镜6例；随访时间为（6.17±8.35）个月，未发现复发病例。所有病例均未出现手术并发症。

结论

腹股沟疝钩针技术在CDH腔镜治疗使腔镜下操作难度降低，缩短了腔镜治疗CDH的学习周期且安全可行。

Objective

To investigate the indication and safety of inguinal hernia crocheting technique in endoscopic surgery for congenital dia-phragmatic hernia (CDH).

Methods

A total of 17 children with CDH underwent endoscopic surgery in pediatric surgery department of people's hospital of xinjiang uygur autonomous region from January 2010 to January 2020.

Results

There were 7 cases in the inguinal hernia crochet assisted group. There were 3 males and 4 females. Cases included 4 cases of left posterolateral hernia, 2 cases of right posterolateral hernia, and 1 case of posterior sternal hernia. Hernia contents are small intestine, colon, spleen, liver, and omentum. Laparoscopy in 1 case and thoracoscopy in 6 cases. The follow-up time was (6.17±8.35) months, and no recurrence cases were found.

Conclusion

Inguinal hernia crochet technique in the laparoscopic treatment of pediatric diaphragmatic hernia reduces the difficulty of laparoscopic operation, shortens the learning cycle of laparoscopic treatment of pediatric diaphragmatic hernia and is safe and feasible.
