目的

分析新疆某三甲医院高级职称评审工作满意度现状及影响因素。

方法

制定满意度调查问卷,在2020年12月23日至2021年1月1日发放问卷并回收,共发放267份问卷,回收率100%。采用统计描述法和回归分析法等方法统计评审程序、评审指标、评审人员和评审组织体系,不同学历水平以及不同职位的满意度。

结果

136位非常满意,105位满意,24位一般,1位不满意,1位非常不满意,评价维度包含了评审程序、评审指标、评审人员和评审组织体系,不同学历水平以及不同职位的统计结果存在差异。

结论

对医院高级职称评审工作的满意度开展调查分析能够更全面地了解一线工作者对于评审工作的看法和意见,帮助更好地改善职称评审工作。

Objective

analyze the present situation and influencing factors of satisfaction of senior professional evaluation in a third-grade hospital in Xinjiang.

Method

distribute 267 satisfaction questionnaires from December 23 2020 to January 1, 2021, using the method of statistical description and regression analysis to get the results.

Results

The statistical results of overall satisfaction review for 2020 were as follows :136 cases were very satisfied, 105 satisfied, 24 general, 1 case was unsatisfactory and 1 was very dissatisfied. The evaluation dimension includes the review process, the evaluation indicators, the reviewers and the review organization system. The statistical results differ from educational levels and positions.

Conclusion

The survey and analysis of the satisfaction for the evaluation work of senior hospital staff can comprehensively understand the views and opinions on the evaluation work of the front-line workers, help improve job evaluation work.
