虚拟三维图像分析技术又称3D成像技术,该技术在腹部疾病的诊断及手术治疗中越来越体现其应用价值。疝内容物为胰腺、门静脉等特殊类型的食管裂孔疝因解剖结构复杂,传统辅助检查具有局限性,诊断及治疗难度较大,3D成像技术在腹腔镜手术术前评估及手术视野的初步判定中起到非常良好的作用。本文重点描述3D成像技术在食管裂孔疝诊断和治疗中的应用,为3D技术在食管裂孔疝诊治领域未来的发展方向提出新思路。

Virtual 3D image analysis technology is becoming more and more valuable in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of abdominal diseases. the contents of hernia are pancreas, portal vein and other special types of esophageal hiatal hernia because of its complex anatomical structure. traditional auxiliary examination has limitations, diagnosis is difficult. It plays a very good role in the preoperative evaluation of laparoscopic surgery and the preliminary determination of surgical visual field. This paper focuses on the application of 3D imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal hiatal hernia. This paper puts forward a new idea for the future development direction of 3D technology in the field of diagnosis and treatment of esophageal hiatal hernia..
