探究双向沟通原理在门诊管理中的应用价值。
选择2017年1月至2018年12月新疆自治区人民医院收治的236例住院患者为研究对象。对院门诊部实施双向沟通原理,对实施前后门诊患者对管理的满意度进行记录与比较。
实施双向沟通后,患者在门诊管理各方面的满意度显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
在医院门诊部实施柔性管理能取得良好的效果,可有效提升门诊管理工作效率,提升患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
To explore the principle of two-way communication management in the clinic application value. A tatol of 236 patients admitted to Xinjiang Autonomous Region People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects. Our outpatient department implemented the principle of two-way communication, and recorded and compared the satisfaction of outpatient patients with management before and after implementation.
After the implementation of two-way communication, patients in the outpatient management of all aspects of the degree of satisfaction is significantly higher than before the implementation (P<0.05).
In hospital outpatient department to implement flexible management can achieve good effect, can effectively improve the outpatient service management work efficiency, improve patient satisfaction, which worth clinical promotion.
