目的

探讨结合胃食管反流病特征建立实验动物模型及相关基础实验技术在提高医学研究生科研能力教学中的应用。

方法

选取2017年9月至2021年7月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院进行规范化培训的医学专业硕士研究生23名和博士研究生3名纳入为培养对象。所有学生在教师的指导下进行培训,培训课程包括实验动物模型的建立、常规麻醉、采血解剖取组织,标本处理、苏木精-伊红染色及实时定量RT-PCR等实验技术和SPSS统计软件的理论原理和应用操作。通过采用理论及操作能力考试和教学满意度问卷调查等方法分析教学效果。

结果

经过实验理论知识和实操技能培训后,学生的优秀率和合格率,与培训前相比,显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训后所有研究生对上述实验技术的应用能力大大提升。培训后学生对实验理论和操作培训课程的感兴趣程度、对统计软件、实验操作步骤的掌握及应用程度、对科研思维的启发程度以及对教学方式的满意度得分值明显提高,与培训前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

动物模型建立和基本实验技术的掌握和应用有效帮助专业硕士研究生的实验动手能力,同时更好的培养学生的科研创新能力。

Objective

To explore the role of establishing experimental animal models based on the characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease and the application of related basic experimental techniques in improving the scientific research ability of medical postgraduates.

Methods

23 medical postgraduate students and 3 doctoral students whom received standardized training in our hospital from September 2017 to July 2021 were selected as the training objects. All students are trained under the guidance of teachers. The training courses include the establishment of experimental animal models, routine anesthesia, blood collection and dissection, specimen processing, hematoxylin eosin (H&E) staining, real-time quantitative RT-PCR and other experimental technologies, as well as the theoretical principles and application operations of SPSS statistical software. Through the use of theory and operation ability tests and teaching satisfaction questionnaires and other methods to analyze the teaching effect.

Results

After the training of experimental theoretical knowledge and practical skills, the excellent rate and qualified rate of students markedly high than before training (P<0.05). After the training, the application ability of all postgraduates to the above technologies has been greatly improved. The students' interest in experiment and operation training courses, their mastery and application of statistical software and experimental operation steps, their inspiration to research thinking, and their satisfaction with teaching methods were significantly improved (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The establishment of animal models and the mastery and application of basic experimental techniques can effectively help the students to practice their experiments, and better cultivate their scientific research innovation ability.
