机器人辅助手术技术为微创外科领域带来了突破性的进展。近几年来,其广泛应用于食管裂孔疝修补(HHR)联合胃折叠术中。研究显示,机器人辅助HHR联合胃折叠术以全新,更加微创化以及技术方面与传统腹腔镜以及开腹手术相比具有操作精准、手术时间短、住院时间短、出血量少等优势。但现阶段机器人设备复杂,手术费昂贵等原因与腹腔镜手术相比优势不够显著。因此,部分人认为食管裂孔疝手术中并不推荐机器人手术系统。食管裂孔疝至今仍无标准的手术策略。另外,个体化的手术方案,选择适合的手术方式,降低术后并发症,提高患者生活质量是临床中极为重要考虑的问题,于是机器人系统在HHR中具有更加重要的潜在临床价值。

Robot assisted surgery technology has brought breakthrough progress to the field of minimally invasive surgery. In recent years, it has been widely used in the repair of hiatal hernia combined with gastric folding surgery. Research has shown that robot assisted repair of esophageal hiatal hernia combined with gastric folding surgery has advantages over traditional laparoscopic and open surgery in terms of precision, shorter surgical time, shorter hospital stay, and less bleeding compared to a new and more minimally invasive approach. However, at present, due to the complexity of robotic equipment and high surgical costs, the advantages of laparoscopic surgery are not significant enough. Therefore, some people believe that robotic surgical systems are not recommended for esophageal hiatal hernia surgery. There is still no standard surgical strategy for hiatal hernia. In addition, individualized surgical plans, selecting suitable surgical methods, reducing postoperative complications, and improving patients’ quality of life are extremely important considerations in clinical practice. So the potential clinical value of robotic systems in esophageal hiatal hernia repair surgery is even more important
