Bibliometrics analysis of GERD nursing state in the period of 2007-2017 in China

Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the literature about the research situation and developmental trend of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)in China and to provide information for further nursing research.

Methods

Using bilbiometric method and NoteExpress2 software, we searched China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and WanFang database for GERD nursing related publications from 2007 to 2017 in China.

Results

A total of 122 publications published in 58 journals have been searched out.The number of articles increased generally and, the geographical distribution of the study area is overall extensively and relatively concentrated.GERD nursing research mainly focused on the comprehensive nursing(45, 45.08%), perioperative nursing(12, 9.83%), esophageal acid pressure measurement(10, 8.20%), health education and health Management(10, 8.20%), outpatient nursing and community nursing(8, 6.56%), quality of life(22, 18.03%)and so on.Intervention methods(68.03%)were the main research methods, the perioperative nursing intervention studies accounted for 13.63% of esophageal manometry measuring acid nursing accounted for 11.36%; the etiology of 6.82%.papers cited more than 10 times in 50, up to 675 times; a study supported by the scientific research fund of 8(6.56%).

Conclusion

GERD nursing literature have been increasing yearly, however, the research needs to be deepened and the quality needs to be improved and, the research results need to be translated into clinical practice urgently.
