To explore the opportunity and effect of position placement in laparoscopic repair of esophageal hiatal hernia.

Methods

80 cases of laparoscopic repair of esophageal hiatus hernia were randomly divided into two groups, Before induction of general anesthesia, 40 patients in the improvement group were placed in position by the visiting nurses according to the operation requirements and patients' comfort; In the traditional group, 40 patients were placed in position by the visiting nurse、Surgeons、anesthesiologists according to the operation requirements after general anesthesia.

Result

The lower limb pain rate and numbness in the improved group were lower than those in the traditional group 24~48 hours after operation (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Before induction of general anesthesia, without affecting the operation, ccording to the patient's comfort, the appropriate adjustment of the operation position can not only improve the patient's lower extremity comfort.t can also reduce the work intensity of the nurses in the operating room, which can provide reference for clinical practice.
