Abstract:
Objective analyze the present situation and influencing factors of satisfaction of senior professional evaluation in a third-grade hospital in Xinjiang.
Method distribute 267 satisfaction questionnaires from December 23 2020 to January 1, 2021, using the method of statistical description and regression analysis to get the results.
Results The statistical results of overall satisfaction review for 2020 were as follows :136 cases were very satisfied, 105 satisfied, 24 general, 1 case was unsatisfactory and 1 was very dissatisfied. The evaluation dimension includes the review process, the evaluation indicators, the reviewers and the review organization system. The statistical results differ from educational levels and positions.
Conclusion The survey and analysis of the satisfaction for the evaluation work of senior hospital staff can comprehensively understand the views and opinions on the evaluation work of the front-line workers, help improve job evaluation work.
