Experience of surgical coordination of laparoscopic sleevegastrectomy combined with hiatal hernia repair and fundus gastrectomy assisted by fourth-generation Da Vinci robot

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the experience of laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy combined with hiatal hernia repair and fundus gastrectomy assisted by the fourth generation Da Vinci robot.

Methods

Forty-eight patients with metabolic syndrome with esophageal hiatus hernia and gastroesophageal reflux who were admitted to the minimally invasive hernia and abdominal wall surgery department of our hospital from April 1 to September 27, 2021 were selected for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy combined with esophageal hiatus hernia repair and fundus folding assisted by the fourth-generation Da Vinci robot.

Conclusions

Mastering the key points of cooperation during operation is of great significance to the success of operation.
