Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of Nursing-Mini-CEX model in the practice teaching of minimally invasive hernia abdominal wall surgery.
Methods From January 2020 to August 2021, 111 junior college nursing students who practiced minimally invasive hernia abdominal wall surgery in People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected as the research subjects. 56 students in the observation group were taught by Nursing-Mini-CEX teaching method; 55 students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching methods. To compare the teaching effect between the two groups.
Results The scores of nursing consultation, physical examination, nursing diagnosis, health consultation, humanistic care, organizational efficiency, overall evaluation, theoretical scores and practical skills assessment scores of the nursing interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). There were significant differences between the two groups in teaching methods, teaching contents and teaching satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion Nursing-Mini-CEX teaching results are satisfactory, and the satisfaction of students and teachers is high, which can improve the clinical ability of nursing interns.
