Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the nursing effect of humanized nursing on patients with atrial fibrillation combined with gastroesophageal antiepidemic radiofrequency ablation and its influence on postoperative satisfaction.

Methods

A total of 70 patients with atrial fibrillation combined with gastroesophageal antiepidemic radiofrequency ablation in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from June 2021 to June 2022. They were randomly divided into 2 groups with 35 patients in each group according to random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received humanized nursing. The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.

Results

There were no differences in the scores of compliance behavior and self-care ability scale between groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, all values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Quality of life score analysis, there was no difference between groups before nursing (P>0.05); After nursing, all values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale showed no difference between groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, all values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

Humanized nursing for patients with atrial fibrillation combined with gastroesophageal anti-prevalence radiofrequency ablation is helpful to improve patients' compliance and self-care ability, improve patients' quality of life, improve patients' negative emotional state, reduce postoperative complications, and win patients' higher nursing satisfaction evaluation.
