Abstract:

Objective

To explore the impact of accelerated rehabilitation surgery (ERAS) nursing pathway and quantitative evaluation on the satisfaction of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the operating room.

Methods

Clinical data of 60 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected. According to the envelope method, carry out standardized grouping processing, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine operating room care, while the observation group received ERAS nursing pathway and quantitative evaluation plan on the basis of the control group. The stress indicators, incidence of postoperative complications, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.

Results

There was no statistically significant difference in stress indicators between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05); The observed values of heart rate, systolic blood pressure, self rating anxiety scale, and self rating depression scale in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (3.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (20.00%), and nursing satisfaction (96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.00%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The operating room nursing model of ERAS nursing pathway combined with quantitative evaluation for elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can further reduce their stress response, reduce the probability of postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
