Abstract

Abstract:

Objective

To assese the effect of nursing experience in gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)with acute episode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).

Methods

One patient, come from The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University on November 18th 2017, with GERD and acute exacerbation of COPD was treated actively, at the same time strengthening basic nursing, psychological nursing, medication nursing, kept the airway open, closed observation of changes in conditions.

Results

The patient′s symptoms improved significantly and no complications occurred.

Conclusion

Proper nursing experience is essential to improve the quality of life of patients.
