Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of predictive surgical cooperation nursing on laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair.
Methods From May 2015 to December 2016 in the people′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the 210 cases patients with laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair, who were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group with routine operation nursing, observation group with predictive nursing, compared two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, the complications and satisfaction, the observation of effect of nursing intervention.
Results compared two groups, The observation group operation time was shortened[(72.3±20.5)minutes vs(98.1±22.9)minutes] and the amount of bleeding decreased[(92.8±41.5)ml vs(128.9±39.2)ml], and the highly satisfaction to the nursing services than control group(96.25% vs.80.30%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).
Conclusion Application of predictive surgery nursing on laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair can effectively shorten the operation time, reduce the bleeding and postoperative complications, and improve the satisfaction of nursing services, and improve the operation efficiency.
