Experience and experience of individualized nursing for outpatient with gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective

To summarize the experience and experience and individualized nursing treatment of outpatient with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).

Methods

A total of 58 patients with GERD diagnosed by outpatient department of the people hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected from January to June in 2016, To summarize the individualized treatment and nursing experience.

Results

58 patients were treated with individualized treatment and comprehensive nursing care, the patient ′s compliance was improved, the life and eating habits were changed.After 12 months follow-up, the reflux symptoms were improved and treated well.

Conclusion

The cause of GERD is complex and the highly rate of recidivism.If the treatment is combined with comprehensive nursing, it can achieve better results.
