Abstract:

Objective

To investigate the operative heat preservation nursing in laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair and fundoplication surgery.

Methods

Prospective analysis from February 2016 to November 2016 in the people's hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region which underwent laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair patients with a total of 92 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group . Operative control group with routine nursing, the observation group based on the insulation measures, compared 2 groups of patients with intraoperative body temperature, the amount of intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hypothermia, postoperative awake time, extubation time.

Results

compared with the control group in the observation group were temperature, fundoplication temperature, postoperative body temperature is higher, the amount of bleeding, postoperative extubation is short, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

laparoscopic esophageal hiatus application of intraoperative nursing insulation folding hole hernia combined with gastric surgery, can reduce the occurrence of low temperature, reduce the amount of bleeding, so as to improve the operation efficiency of success.
