Abstract:

Objective

To study the effect of continuous homogeneity enteral nutrition support on immune function and short-term outcome in patients with gastroesophageal reflux.

Methods

90 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease were included in the study and were divided into two groups by random draw, 45 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with omepr3333azole,the observation group were received the intervention of continuous pumping enteral nutrient solution, the control group were received the routine nasal feeding intervention. The immune function, nutritional status and short-term outcome after treatment were compared between the two groups.

Results

The CD3<+ and CD4<+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the CD8<+ was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the difference between the two groups of the CD4<+/CD8<+ before and after treatment (P>0.05).The reflux times, reflux numbers, pH<4 time, LESP and LESL levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05).The reflux times and reflux numbers after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The nutritional status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of esophageal reflux in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusion

The continuous homogeneity of enteral nutrition support can improve the immune function of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, and the effect is better than that of traditional regular nasal feeding.
