Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the specific impact of the concept of rapid rehabilitation in the perioperative care of patients undergoing laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair.

Methods

From July 2017 to October 2018, we selected 90 patients with hiatal hernia admitted to the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. All patients underwent laparoscopic hiatus hernia repair and nursing, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation concept nursing, and the control group was given normal nursing mode, with 45 cases in each group. Comparing the 90 nursing models from July 2017 to October 2018, it was observed that the remaining 45 patients recovered faster than the control group. Need to formulate and analyze the difference in nursing effect between the two groups. Compare the nursing effect of nursing exercise methods during the operation, such as hospitalization time, anal fatigue time, gastric tube extraction time, first meal time, nursing satisfaction, complication rate, etc.

Results

The observation group and the observation group had statistically significant differences in hospitalization time, anal fatigue time, gastric tube removal time, first meal time, nursing satisfaction, complications, etc. The observation group had advantages, P<0.05.

Conclusions

For patients undergoing total laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair, rapid rehabilitation care during the operation can effectively speed up the recovery of patients after surgery, improve patient care satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
