Abstract:

Objective

To explore the effect of problem-oriented health education in pregnant gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Methods

60 patients with gestational gastroesophageal reflux disease treated in the obstetric clinic of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were included as the research object, including 22 patients with mild symptoms and 38 patients with significant symptoms. The patients with significant symptoms were divided into control group and observation group, with 19 cases in each group. Routine health education was carried out in the control group and problem-oriented health education was carried out in the observation group. The effects of health education modes on patients' clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.

Results

the clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared. The scores of heartburn, fullness, acid reflux and pain in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion

the application of problem-oriented health education to patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease during pregnancy can significantly reduce the discomfort of patients such as heartburn, upper abdominal fullness, acid reflux and retrosternal pain, and improve their bad mood, which is worthy of clinical application.
