Abstract:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common digestive systemic disease. The main clinical manifestations are reflux and heartburn of gastrointestinal contents, accompanied by esophagitis, sore throat and other upper gastrointestinal complications, which pose a serious threat to people's physical and mental health. Besides proton pump inhibitors, anti-reflux surgery has become one of the important methods to treat GERD. In order to improve the success rate and curative effect and reduce the complications after anti-reflux surgery, it is very important to make the preoperative diagnosis, evaluation and preparation of anti-reflux surgery. Based on the most relevant research progress at home and abroad, this review discusses issues and solutions that require close attention in the preoperative diagnosis, evaluation, and selection of surgical types of anti-reflux surgery.
