Research progress of drug treatment and anti-reflux surgery in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease

Abstract:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common disease of the digestive system, and its incidence is increasing year by year. At present, the first-line treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is mainly based on lifestyle modification and the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI). However, due to the limitations of drug therapy, patients who do not respond to drug therapy can choose endoscopic therapy and surgery operation treatment. This article mainly describes the advantages and disadvantages, Indications and side effects of various treatment methods for GERD, so as to provide patients with more suitable and effective treatment methods.
