Positive rate Investigation of the relationship between the types of different helicobacter pylori strains and Chronic gastritis in Xinjiang

Abstract:

Objective

To explore the relationship between the types of Helicobacter pylori strains and Chronic gastritis among Uyghur and Han Chinese in Xinjiang.

Methods

From January 2014 to August 2014, there were 198 cases of patients with chronic gastritis: 96 cases of Uighur and 102 cases of Han.All of them were adopted Helicobacter pylori, detecting and typing Helicobacter pylori, gastroduodenoscopy and biopsy, analyzed the difference of with χ2 test helicobacter pylori antibody positive rate of different between the two groups whether there is any difference, the difference is analyzed.

Results

The positive rate of H. pylori strains(CagA-128KD、VacA-110KD、VacA-90KD、UreB-66KD and UreA-30KD)were differed significantly between Uygur and Han Chinese P<0.001), Uygur are high compared with Han nationality; Serum CagA-128KD、VacA-110KD、VacA-90KD、UreB-66KD and UreA-30KD genes are associated with Gastritis in Uyghur (r=0.506、0.410、0.273、0.285、0.277, P<0.001、<0.001、<0.05、<0.05、<0.05).

Conclusion

Uyghur than han Chinese patients with chronic gastritis patients with chronic gastritis helicobacter pylori five different antibodies positive ratio is high, the uygur patients with chronic gastritis is closely related to the CagA-128 kd.
