Abstract:

Bariatric surgery is an effective method for the treatment of obesity at present, and its safety and durability have been widely recognized.Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG)has been widely applied in recent years, due to simple operation, no change of gastrointestinal structure, high safety and obvious curative effect. However, there is no consensus on the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease, the prognosis of the disease and whether to add anti reflux operation in obese patients after LSG.
