胃食管反流病是指由于食管下括约肌功能紊乱,而导致的由胃、十二指肠部分内容物反流至食管及以上的部位,所产生的各种症状以及(或)组织损伤的一类疾病。目前胃食管反流病的主要治疗方法有药物治疗、内镜治疗以及外科手术治疗。内镜治疗是一种治疗胃食管反流病的创伤微小的治疗方法,能安全、高效地改善胃食管反流病症状,尤其是射频治疗、经口的无创胃底折叠术和贲门缩窄术等。本章将就内镜技术在治疗胃食管反流病中的发展作一简短概述。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease refers to a kind of disease with various symptoms and (or) tissue damage caused by the reflux of some contents of the stomach and duodenum to the esophagus and above due to the dysfunction of the lower esophageal sphincter. At present, the main treatment methods of gastroesophageal reflux disease include drug therapy, endoscopic therapy and surgical treatment. Endoscopic therapy is a minimally invasive treatment for gastroesophageal reflux disease, which can safely and efficiently improve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, especially radiofrequency therapy, oral noninvasive fundoplication and cardiac constriction. This chapter will give a brief overview of the development of endoscopy in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.
