Advances in research on the relationship between pharyngeal reflux disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease

Abstract:

Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD)and gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)are common diseases of ENT and digestive system, because the increasing prevalence of both the diagnosis and treatment continue to be taken seriously.However, because of the pathogenesis of the two is still not entirely clear, the current diagnosis and treatment is still controversial.In this paper, combined with domestic and foreign literature on LPRD and GERD, through the pathogenesis of the two, the status of diagnosis and treatment of the characteristics of their relationship, in order to provide reference for the research and clinical practice.
