胃食管反流病是胃十二指肠内容物反流至食管以及咽喉、气道等组织引起症状,对患者身心健康造成显著的负面影响。雌激素在胃食管反流病发病发展中起重要作用,在慢性反流性食管炎中对食管损伤有保护作用,对胃食管反流病的发病与严重程度的影响过程十分复杂。本文通过全面阐述雌激素对胃食管反流病发生中可能的作用机制,以期为胃食管反流病的预防与病理过程的治疗提供理论基础。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is caused by the reflux of gastric and duodenal contents to the esophagus, throat, airway and other tissues, and has a significant negative impact on the physical and mental health of the patients.Estrogen plays an important role in the development of GERD, estrogen has protective effects on esophageal injury in chronic reflux esophagitis, the effect of estrogen on the incidence and severity of GERD is very complex.The possible mechanism of estrogen in the pathogenesis of GERD is discussed in this paper, and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment for GERD.
