胃食管反流病(GERD)是指胃内容物反流引起反酸、烧心为主不良症状的一种疾病。胸痛作为GERD的重要并发症之一,分为心源性胸痛和非心源性胸痛,临床表现与心血管系统疾病极为相似,故临床上常被误诊为冠心病而延误病情,导致病情进一步加重或错失最佳治疗时机。为了提高对GERD所致的胸痛的认识,本文中笔者就GERD导致的胸痛的的最新研究进展进行汇总,旨在为该类胸痛未来的研究发展方向提出新思路。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a disease with adverse symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn caused by reflux of gastric contents. Chest pain, as one of the important complications of gastroesophageal reflux disease, is divided into cardiogenic chest pain and non-cardiogenic chest pain. Its clinical manifestation is very similar to cardiovascular system disease, so it is often misdiagnosed as "coronary heart disease" in clinic, which leads to further aggravation of the disease or loss of the best treatment window. In order to improve the understanding of chest pain caused by GERD, this paper comprehensively summarizes the latest progress of chest pain caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease, and puts forward new ideas for the future research and development of this kind of chest pain.
