胃食管反流病(GERD)是消化科的常见病症,是胃内容物反流入食管引起的不适症状和组织学改变的一种疾病。心律失常作为临床上一种常见症状,其发病机制备受关注,尤其心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的持续性心律失常,二者均对人民身体健康产生了极大的危害,并产生了巨额的医疗支出。迷走神经刺激、局部炎症反应、自身免疫反应、食管裂孔疝和遗传因素可能是其中的重要机制。GERD与常见的心率失常是否有关,目前还处于确定事实与临床观察阶段。因此,本文中笔者结合国内外文献对常见心律失常与胃食管反流间的关系及其可能机制进行综述。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a common condition in the gastrointestinal tract. It is a disease that causes discomfort and histological changes caused by reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus.Arrhythmia is a common clinical symptom, and its pathogenesis is of concern. In particular, atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common persistent arrhythmia in the clinic,both of them have caused great harm to people's health and caused huge medical expenses.Vagus nerve stimulation, local inflammatory response, autoimmune response, esophageal hiatal hernia and genetic factors may be important mechanisms among them.The relationship between gastroesophageal reflux disease and common arrhythmia is still in the stage of determining the facts and clinical observation.This article reviews the relationship between common arrhythmia and gastroesophageal reflux and the possible mechanisms based on domestic and foreign literature.
