贲门息肉是指起源于胃贲门部（食管胃交界处上下各2 cm内）的黏膜局限性隆起。贲门息肉属癌前疾病，特别是腺瘤性息肉，越来越受到人们的重视，随着内镜检查技术的广泛应用，其检出率不断升高，但临床上对其研究并不多。通过查阅文献，本文结合贲门息肉的国内外研究现状，对贲门息肉的临床特征、发病机制及诊治研究进展作一综述。

Cardiac polyps refers to the localized uplift of mucous membrane originating from the gastric cardia (within 2 cm above and below the esophagogastric junction). Cardiac polyps are precancerous diseases, especially adenomatous polyps, which have attracted more and more attention. With the wide application of endoscopy, its detection rate is increasing, but there are few clinical studies on it. By consulting the literature, this paper summarizes the research progress in clinical features, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of cardiac polyps at home and abroad.
