The Correlation study of the incidence of intestinal flora and gastroesophageal reflux disease

Abstract:

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GRED) is a relatively common gastrointestinal disease with a complex pathogenesis and is influenced by a variety of factors. The results showed that there was some correlation between GERD and the gut microbiome. GERD may be due to inflammatory mediators, 5-hydroxytriptamin, immunity, brain-gut axis, and other factors. This article reviews the relationship between GERD and the gut microbiome.
