胃食管反流病(GERD)是消化系统常见疾病,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。目前GERD在临床上的一线治疗方法以改变生活方式和使用质子泵抑制剂为主,但由于药物治疗具有一定的局限性,对药物治疗无效的患者可选择内窥镜治疗和外科手术治疗。本文主要阐述了GERD的药物治疗、内窥镜治疗和外科手术治疗等方式的优缺点、适应人群以及不良反应,为患者提供更合适、更有效的治疗方法。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)is a common disease of the digestive system, and its incidence is increasing year by year. At present, the first-line treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is mainly based on lifestyle modification and the use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI). However, due to the limitations of drug therapy, patients who do not respond to drug therapy can choose endoscopic therapy and surgery operation treatment. This article mainly describes the advantages and disadvantages, Indications and side effects of various treatment methods for GERD, so as to provide patients with more suitable and effective treatment methods.
